Geopolitics in the classical perspective refers to the acquisition, control, or exploitation of land as a prominent way of gaining power. it has undergone various phases of evolution, from the existence of distinguished small worlds to hierarchical structures and, more recently, network structures. Its construction is shaped by great powers and in this way, it services to satisfy their power-seeking. The evolution of the international system has affected geopolitics and its construction and has been reflected in the geopolitical nested network in which the dynamics of power and its causal mechanisms are distinguished from the past. Although the international relations literature has tried to provide new perspectives to explain the new geopolitical realities, they have been unable to explain the mechanism of power generation in a complex situation. That is why the main question of this article has arisen; and the question is ‘what is the mechanism of power generation through geopolitics, given the complexity of the international system? Geopolitics has shifted from a pairwise state based on relationships between great powers to a system _ network phenomenon. How power reproduces itself in a state of complexity can lead to an innovative view of the mechanisms of power and its reproduction in the geopolitical networks. This is the focus and main concern of this article. The complex network as an emerging theoretical perspective provides the basis for a scientific revolution in the field of geopolitics and power. This article presents a new theoretical model in the conceptual framework of the geopolitical network and explains the causal mechanisms of power generation in this type of network based on the complexity rules.}, keywords = {complexity,Geopolitics,Geopolitical Network,international politics,Power}, title_fa = {گامی به سوی نظریۀ نوین ژئوپلیتیک شبکه‌ای و بازتولید قدرت در سیاست بین‌الملل}, abstract_fa = {قدرت و بازتولید آن، پرسمانی دیرینه در ادبیات روابط بین‌الملل است. ژئوپلیتیک، دستیابی، مهار یا بهره‌مندی از سرزمین را به عنوان راه برجستۀ قدرت‌یابی مطرح می‌کند. ژئوپلیتیک مراحل گوناگون تکامل را طی کرده است؛ هستی جهان‌های کوچک ناهمسان از یکدیگر تا سازه‌های سلسله‌مراتبی و به‌تازگی سازه‌های شبکه‌ای، مراحل چنین دگردیسی‌ای را نشان می‌دهد. سازه‌های ژئوپلیتیک، بر گشتگاه قدرت‌های بزرگ و فراهم کردن زمینۀ قدرت‌خواهی آنها شکل‌ گرفته‌اند. دگرگونی سیستم بین‌الملل، بر ژئوپلیتیک و سازه‌های آن تأثیر گذاشته و در چهرۀ شبکه‌های آشیانه‌ای نمایان شده‌ که پویش قدرت و سازوکارهای علی‌ قدرت در آنها، ناهمسان از گذشته است. ادبیات حوزۀ روابط بین‌الملل، هرچند تلاش نموده‌اند برای تبیین واقعیت‌های نوپدید ژئوپلیتیک دیدگاه‌های نوینی را مطرح کنند، در تبیین سازوکار تولید قدرت در وضعیت پیچیدگی ناتوان بوده‌اند. به همین سبب این پرسش بنیادین مطرح می‌شود که «با نگاه به وضعیت پیچیدگی سیستم بین‌الملل، سازوکارهای تولید قدرت، از راه ژئوپلیتیک چگونه است؟». ژئوپلیتیک به پدیدۀ سیستمی تبدیل شده و از حالت جفت‌پایگی مبتنی بر روابط میان قدرت‌های بزرگ خارج شده است و قواعد نظریۀ «پیچیدگی _ آشوب» بر تولید قدرت در شبکۀ ژئوپلیتیک حاکم است. این موضوع که قدرت چگونه خود را در وضعیت پیچیدگی بازتولید می‌کند، می‌تواند به دیدگاه نوآورانه‌ای دربارۀ سازوکارهای قدرت و بازتولید آن در وضعیت ژئوپلیتیک شبکه‌ای منجر شود. این موضوع محور و دغدغۀ اصلی پژوهش حاضر است. پیچیدگی و شبکه به ‌عنوان دیدگاه نظری نوین، پایه و اساس یک انقلاب علمی را در زمینۀ ژئوپلیتیک و قدرت فراهم می‌کند. نوشتار حاضر، الگوی نظری نوینی را در چهارچوب مفهومی ژئوپلیتیک شبکه‌ای و سازوکارهای علی‌ تولید قدرت در شبکۀ یادشده را بر پایۀ قواعد پیچیدگی ارائه می‌کند.}, keywords_fa = {پیچیدگی,ژئوپلیتیک,شبکۀ ژئوپلیتیک,سیاست بین‌الملل,قدرت}, url = {https://frqjournal.csr.ir/article_117929.html}, eprint = {https://frqjournal.csr.ir/article_117929_20583e534685c109def03509d54eebbe.pdf} }
