International Quarterly of Foreign Relations

The International Quarterly of Foreign Relations requires authors, reviewers, editors, and Editorial Board members to disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest that could influence the review, publication, or interpretation of scholarly work.

Potential conflicts of interest may include:

• research grants and financial support;
• employment or consultancy relationships;
• institutional affiliations;
• political or ideological commitments;
• personal or professional relationships.

Authors

Authors must disclose all financial and non-financial interests that may affect their research.

If no conflict exists, authors should include the following statement:

The authors declare that they have no conflict of interest.

Reviewers

Reviewers should decline invitations to review manuscripts if they have personal, institutional, or financial relationships that may compromise their objectivity.

Editors

Editors and Editorial Board members must recuse themselves from editorial decisions whenever a conflict of interest exists.

Manuscripts submitted by Editorial Board members will be handled independently under the journal's double-blind review system.
