سیاست های راهبردی ترکیه در دریای مدیترانه بر اساس موازنه تهدید

چکیده
موقعیت ترکیه در مدیترانه همواره نگران کننده است. بیش از نیمی از تجارت خارجی آنکارا از  طریق دریای مدیترانه انجام می شود. هدف مقاله ارائه درک صحیح و بهتری از جهت گیری مجدد استراتژی ترکیه در مدیترانه، در پی تغییر دکترین  عمق استراتژیک به دکترین میهن آبی، در پی پاسخ به این سوال است که سیاست­های راهبردی ترکیه در دریای مدیترانه بر چه اساس و پایه‏ای شکل گرفته است؟ مقاله این فرضیه را بررسی می‏کند که منافع و تهدیدات ترکیه در مدیترانه، سبب اتخاذ سیاست‏های تهاجمی محدود خواهد شد، اما بعید به نظر می‏رسد به تنش ارتقاء یابد. این پژوهش براساس تئوری موازنه تهدید می‏باشد. روش پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل داده‏های کیفی است. یافته‏های تحقیق نشان می‏دهد که ترکیه به دلیل وجود متغیرهای تهدیدزا در مدیترانه، درصدد برآمد تا با اجرای سیاست‏های راهبردی خود در این حوزه به موازنه تهدید در برابر کشورهای حاشیه مدیترانه بپردازد و از این طریق تهدیدات علیه خود را کاهش و امنیت خود را افزایش دهد.

چکیده English

Turkey does not have a stable position in the Mediterranean Sea and has ups and downs. More than half of Ankara's foreign trade is carried out through the Mediterranean Sea. This article is saying about a correct and better understanding of Turkey's strategic reorientation in the Mediterranean, in the other word change of its tradition strategy to the doctrine of the Blue Homeland, in order to answer the question of what is the basis of Turkey's new sterategic politics in the Mediterranean Sea. The article examines the hypothesis that Turkey's interests and threats in the Mediterranean will cause it to adopt limited aggressive policies. This research is based on the threat balance theory. The method of this research is qualitative data analysis. The findings of the research show that due to the existence of threatening variables in the Mediterranean, Turkey tried to balance the threat against the Mediterranean border countries by implementing its strategic policies in this area, and thereby reduce the threats against it self and increase its security.
